Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13th, 1962) is an American actress from America. In 1983, following her first movie Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack part of WarGames in 1983 and The Breakfast Club '85 she was a well-known part of this group. Her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actor. Ally Sheedy is an American actor and author. Her movie career started in her early 80s when she was featured in the crime drama film, Bad Boys. In the film directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown as well as Alan Ruck also appeared. In the wake of her success in her first film she later appeared in the comedy-drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes directed one of the most memorable films made for high school students. Even though the budget for this movie was just $1 million, it grossed more than $50 millions. When she was working on this the first time on TV, her television debut took place on CBS Schoolbreak. It was a program for teenagers that started airing from April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues are other programs on TV where she was a part of. Her most recent roles is in Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story that revolves around a female superhero, in which she has a cameo. Her incredible performances have earned her numerous awards, such as an MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
