Dwayne is the pastor in charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which was established in 2007. Additionally, he is director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is committed to educating the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the committee of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles and also contributes in the Christ-centered biblical counseling book Transformation of lives using God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three children with his wife Leslie.
